Cher pays close attention to each of her students before each practice, reading their emotions and tuning in to the collective mood in order to shape her class into a positive experience for everyone. She believes that yoga is an opportunity to practice self-love and that the practice itself allows practitioners to turn negative thoughts into a powerful tool for self-empowerment.
In addition to providing positive affirmations during practice, Cher specializes in targeted asanas that pinpoint areas that her student may want to work on. She allows her student to start from easier poses, and throughout the practice, observes her student to see whether they can and want to build up to more challenging poses.
